The project presented below focuses on design and simulate an egg grader by a mechanical system of rotating scales which main objective is to classify 1500 randomly units in 5 different classes under local regulations and meets the needs of small and medium poultry farmers as a producer and main beneficiary and subsequently the customer as the final consumer product within Ecuador.
The design will focus mainly on the structure of the machine that will support the classification systems will also be designed based on models and patents already tested and simulation of some components will serve as support of certain data for the design and as a check of the same with free software of structural calculation and parametric design.
This work will consist of a stage of analysis and qualification of alternatives which help you choose the best model or classification system and finally a chart where costs and materials used are displayed with the corresponding drawing sheets. |
