The current project starts showing the framework, which contents the main concepts related to the poultry sector industry where the machine will be used, and devices that automate their use. Through a qualitative and quantitative research where it ́s compare the main characteristics of each option, an analysis is generated where it is qualified by consideration criteria for the selection product method and the more suitable for data processing programmable controller. Once the parameters have been established, it proceeds to perform the design and simulation s calculations, in order to each case, pieces and components of the structure, which are under force of charge and the programming diagrams and cont rolling. In the final chapter, it ́s present the es timates of financial costs and a summary of amounts and types of materials required for construction of the sorting machine . In the other hand a brief analysis was performed which contents the demonstratio n of the assumptions and objectives, and making appropriate recommendations. |
