In the present investigation was considered necessary to recognize and solve an often unprotected imminent need for blind people, social group. Therefore, we assume the challenge of designing a website for Tiflobiblioteca Salesiana, which contains a functional file system texts and an audio guide spatial location addressed to blind people. This in an effort to contribute to the common welfare of blind people in general.
We believe that the existence of an inclusive development in the area of communication must have equal access to information; hence the Tiflobiblioteca is vital to the academic, social and cultural development of blind space.
The theoretical foundation will be supported on the basis of communication and participation for social change; from there we went to a proposal that will call for Inclusion Communication, sustained in the requirements on access to communication and information blind.
Will address several issues around blind people, based on their current and legal situation in our country and the world. Then investigate the inclusive communication in the use of ICTs, typhlotechnology and web access.
Thus the requirements and guidelines are known to follow when designing and developing the proposed site will be our final product, which will allow all blind people have access to knowledge and information. |
