Marketing is an essential tool for business as it allows merchants to meet customer needs and grow by examing and implementing different sales tactics. This work was realized with the aim of providing the Ipiales del Sur Mall (CCIS) with a variety of marketing strategies that could help increase the sales of its merchants and booster commercial activity as they have been negatively affected by increasing competition.
Ipiales del Sur is a popular shopping mall located in southern Quito. It opened its doors in December, 2003 in response to the needs of several merchants that had previously operated in the city's historical center. It currently has 324 businesses offering their products and services to the sector, but with increasing competition sales potential has been negatively impacted and caused many traders to close, sell or lease their businesses. |
