The purpose of the project is to describe in detail the design of the potable water supply system for the Yagüira Casa Club hacienda lots located in the Mindo parish in the canton of San Miguel de los Bancos, complying with quality and quantity standards, according to the Design Standard for Drinking Water Supply Systems, Excreta Disposal and Liquid Waste in the Rural Area (Standard CO 10.7-602-Revisión). For which the basic information required was obtained such as: the design population itself that is given by the condition of the housing project of the owner of the hacienda Yagüira Casa Club, the hydrological analysis with the data of the station closest to the project to obtain the guarantee flow and the land use map to have knowledge of the soil type of the project area.
In the present project two alternatives of design for the catchment are proposed, where the most suitable one is a direct capture with lateral grid, in addition the line of conduction to gravity will be designed, a treatment plant (Semi compact PURIPAK-2) a tank reservoir rectangular section and a closed distribution network for a useful life of 20 years, considering and using the maintenance and operation manual presented in the project.
The parameters such as: the VAN, TIR and Benefit / Cost considered in the economic analysis yielded favorable results for the execution of the potable water project, the environmental impact study is very important during the execution of this project since it provides information on the possible negative impacts that could occur, as well as the remediation that should be done. |
