Sumario: In the present technical Project “STRUCTURAL DESIGN OF A FOUR STORY EDUCATIONAL BUILDING MADE OF REINFORCED CONCRETE IN THE SOUTH OF QUITO, QUITUMBE”, The initial objectives proposed were reached with the structural study of an earthquake-resistant design of the first structure suggested in the architectural plans, fulfilling the current norm NEC15; the final design allowed to determinate the execution cost of the grey work as an investment of 633.428,81 USD in six months which one was calculated with an activity project planner . The intervention area of the project is 3017 m2, 650m2 each story. The total structure weight “grey work” is 0,85 t/m2, as a result of the addition of each element weight in relation with the total useful floor area of the building and the structure designed steel reinforcement weight is 42kg/m2. The specific work activities were determinate by items, which ones have quantities and volumes in work using calculus attachments and technical specifications.
