The problem that midsize businesses face when financed, low amounts, higher interest rates and shorter terms is presented in the project that will be developed below.
The project will have a theoretical foundation where financial markets, sources of financing, as regards the market, the main parties involved in the process of securitization of future flows and a definition of SMEs to have criteria and concepts is appropriate to continue the development of this project.
Similarly a chapter devoted to the study and impact of reforms of the executive project of the National Assembly to the law of market force for strengthening and optimization of corporate and securities industry on the issue of securitization securities are included.
The research conducted will depart from an analysis of a representative group of medium-sized city of Quito. |
