Sumario: This thesis of the assessment of learning in the area of language arts in sixth and seventh year of basic general education in the School of General Basic Education "Russconi Carmelina" was referred to in a thorough, clear and simple investigation, in which different theories of learning assessment of selected authors contribute to the development of the educational process, so that you can demonstrate the shortcomings to be found in the process of developing the skills and abilities of students in this school and the process of cognitive development / students. It is noted that the necessary evaluation tools with which they were applied students of that institution was prepared. The data collected show how it is applied to students, ie the information obtained allows changes in the development and implementation of assessment tool with a more appropriate and effective methodology. Within the work surveys to teachers it was conducted during the development process of evaluation, to thereby determine the performance of teachers in education in accordance with the planned issue. As this issue of the assessment of learning provides us understand the heterogeneity of the human being in the perception of knowledge. The new methodological evaluation processes aimed at teachers have the opportunity to strengthen and provide feedback to students who encounter complications in the respective subjects.
