Sumario: The present project deals with the systematization of the updating of the Job Description of the INFES Clinic, in order to contribute to the growth and development of the organization, through the implementation of the Compers tools, MPC methodology and the use of the HAY methodology from Harvard, David C. McClelland developed by his consulting firm Hay / McBer & Company. The main objective of this study was to identify and define the general and specific functions of each job since through the previous diagnosis made it became evident the ignorance that the employees of the company had about the responsibilities and activities within their daily work load. The methodology selected was HAY of Harvard, David C. McClelland because the guidelines that it has are adapted to the Latin American culture, in addition to covering the needs reflected within the company under study. The approach to the collection of information was mixed, for the qualitative analysis, semi-structured interviews were conducted both with the Human Talent Manager and with several collaborators and for the quantitative analysis, surveys were applied to all the workers who belonged to the payroll. Through the activities carried out, the Job description of the company was updated, favoring good labor practices, the internal climate, as well as the achievement of business objectives with efficiency and effectiveness.
