In the sense of understanding of social problems , which returns to the changing and unstable society, there are some actions carried out under the human rights approach and NNA that have done in the country, First at the necessity to transform and revert centric adult and institutionalizing of participation patterns; Against that, this investigation shows the systematization of experiences of the political and citizen, children and adolescents in the city of Ibarra from 2000 to 2010 participatory process; to analyze the impact of management, the voicing and imaginaries, the exchange of lessons and discover the different perceptions and political process looks of citizens of NNA. Deeply, the speeches that are contradictory practices and highlight the participation not as an instrument of state but as a right of citizenship. |
