This paper designs a management model around of the processes administration, for
eco-tourism exploitation in Angamarca, with "The Shuyo" population's enclosure
like hub or the operations control center.
The first chapter has the model objectives and the different management theories,
their advantages, disadvantages and quality concepts are analyzed to create a solid
foundation on which the model was developed. Similarly in this chapter the
terminology around the theme of tourism is detailed.
The second chapter has the characteristics intone macro-and micro-environment
technological, social, economic and political - legal and a brief analysis of the
tourism sector in Ecuador and the Angamarca area.
Also it has the tools for lifting research data set and analysis of the same after the
data is collected. This chapter provides information to all those conditions in which
the sector studied is helping to develop strategies for the development of a resort that
becomes a source of employment for residents, generating income and improving
best described their quality of life.
The third chapter develops the management model based on the needs of economic
and social sector; which takes as its starting point ecotourism, taking into account the
culture and natural history of the local environment, to take the necessary precautions
for not shifting the integrity of ecosystems and culture of the site. The organizational
model, strategic planning, processes, functions and finally consolidates its
development theoretically defined. |
