The project corresponds to the study and experiences that have been obtained in the
planning of the party to technical and theoretical for the subsequent installation of a
station's community character in the canton Rocafuerte, in the province of Manabi,
Ecuador.
The first chapter focuses on theoretical estimations in which is based on the project,
with reference to theorists of the Latin American School of communication and the
different concepts that we share. In this first chapter you will find the following topics:
communication and development; radio communication; radio for development;
community radio and community radio in the framework of the communication law.
The second chapter focuses on the general description of the canton to sizing up the
scope of the project and understand what perceptions and communication needs of the
habitants of the canton. The second chapter covers the following points: brief history of
Rocafuerte canton; synthesis of the cantonal information; delimitation of the project;
Association of youth Rocafuerte; History / communication; Need for a wireless
medium; Survey of perception and the analysis of the survey results.
Finally, the third chapter focuses on the socio-political and technical implementation of
the project, to better understand what steps to follow in the technical editing of the
radio, in this chapter the following points are treated: technical project; radio frequency;
granting of radio frequency; transmission equipment; development of the study;
equipment and characteristics of the study; budget; political and social project, code of
ethics. |
