The general objective of the research was to elaborate an Improvement Plan that contributes to diminish the rotation of the personnel and to increase the satisfaction in the personnel of the company Mi Vajilla, in the period January 2016 - July 2017.
In the design was considered the application of surveys to know the quality of the organizational climate, the degree of satisfaction, performance and stability of the staff and in the implementation meetings and talks was held.
The result evidences that the existing work climate in the company Mi Vajilla is not adequate, which has an impact on the stability, satisfaction and performance of the staff; the relevant findings were presented in order to feedback future projects, in the same company or in another one that the author considers pertinent; it was concluded that a positive Work Climate favors the fulfillment of the objectives, minimizes situations of conflicts and low performance, generates satisfaction and motivation in the collaborators, which translates into an efficient performance and greater productivity; in addition to intervening the problems evidenced, to reduce the rotation of the personnel and to improve the organizational climate, specific strategies were recommended.
As a result of the implementation process of the plan and proposed changes, positive and negative experiences were reported by the company's staff. |
