In this project titration HMI is done to visualize the existing level of raw material inside the storage silos, which generated a big problem by ignoring the amount of flour for making noodles, which caused unnecessary stoppages and consequently generating economic and delays the product reaches its final stage process losses.
With the development of this project is achieved have more knowledge in real time the level of flour inside the silos, and also provides an approximate value of the quantity of raw material in kilograms, for which an ultrasonic sensor that is used issuing a signal from 0 to 5 Vdc depending on the distance; the signal is processed in a programmable logic controller PLC to obtain a display and the operator when an alarm take necessary precautions depending on the needs of the company.
In the first chapter the current operation of the corresponding company will analyze the supply system and emptying flour silos factory Successors Jacobo Paredes M.S.A.
In the second chapter discloses the project design, surveying, detailed operation, distribution and connections.
In the third chapter teams, board, and wiring, according to the recommendations given by managers of the company, performance testing is also performed to obtain results are located. |
