“Corporación Microempresarial Yunguilla” has the tendency to continue growing as other organizations. However, the resistance of partners to change and lack of phytosanitary permissions and communication management tools have slowed the progress longed. The transformation in “Asociación Microempresarial Yunguilla” will allow to “Yunguilla” be under the supervision of “Superintendencia de Economía Popular y Solidaria”. In this manner, “Yunguilla” will obtain a correct operation, development, strength and stability.
This research considered legal parameters of "Superintendencia de Economía Popular y Solidaria". With these parameters, an integral project by the corporation has been developed and marketing strategies in function of a field research have been created in complementary form. The purpose of this work is to demonstrate the benefits reached with the transformation.
In the first chapter of this thesis, the theoretical basis related with the tourism, administrative process and strategic planning are described. These aspects will address the remaining topics of this work.
The second chapter analyzes the macro and micro environment, market study and FODA, priority and summary strategies matrices.
In the third chapter, the development of pre-stablished strategies and their application are described. It includes marketing strategies, budget, activity’s schedule, and legal process of "Superintendencia de Economía Popular y Solidaria".
The objective of this thesis is to give support tools to the Corporation to create awareness of change and show the benefits in the access to "Superintendencia de Economía Popular y Solidaria". Besides, the implementation of the media plan will permit to “Yunguilla” to reach their goals in efficient form. |
