In the first instance, be taken into account the problem arising in the classroom, the
rationale, basic concepts and theoretical foundations, which is the basis for the
ethnographic pedagogical practice observation, precisely the analysis is carried out in
the third year of basic General education (EGB), in the area of Language and Literature
made in the educational unit Christian verb-Quito. Direct observation is carried out to
the teacher's classroom and their interaction that arises with children according to the
effected parameterization are: planning, methodology, course orientation, interaction of
the people involved, methodological, didactic strategies and evaluation processes,
classroom activities, academic tasks. This process serves as a platform for direct
observation on this basis is a sarong between structural planning and applied and
executed within the classroom classes. Is fundamental and of sum importance the
climate that the teaching creates with their students, to cause a development ameno and
suitable for the teaching learning, the use right of technical methodological, appropriate
to the subject didactics. In the process of observation of the pedagogical practice is
essential structural and systematic analysis of the applied mechanisms and provide a
