Sumario: The quality of life, health, good living and joy are not matters away from the Social Communication. This goes beyond what we see on television every day, beyond the political struggle and daily although naturally inherent becoming. And the company itself can be thought of as a continuous production of communication, seeking human, social and political transformation. This work aims grade derived from an emancipatory communication actions, documenting reality but transgressing the media exclusion that causes ignorance, misinformation and invisibility. And why dont talk about children, dreams, constraints and quality of life, in an interview video. A professor at the Polytechnic University Salesian usually call it empowerment of tenderness or "corazonar". Thus, the life stories of three children who suffer a rare disease an epistemological dilemma is beyond. Its goes more than the conception of instrument, to communicative action and advocacy addressed. Since the Communication Development and Health Branch, this production seeks to position subjects as agents of their own change, placing a problem on the public diary to guide decision-making.
