This paper contains the development of an operational and strategic plan for the Foundation ¨Techo Ecuador¨, using the Integral command framework as a tool for general management control, a tool that will contribute to the fulfillment of its mission and vision through defined goals.
Chapter 1: discusses the theoretical basis of the topics or concepts that will be analyzed. In addition, the methodological and referential legal framework is presented which contributes to the development of this paper.
Chapter 2: Discusses about foundation and its organizational structure. In addition an analysis of external and internal factors is performed to determine the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats, in order to identify the current situation of the Foundation. This analysis does not provide the necessary information for implementing corrective actions that will be used in strategic and operational developing.
Chapter 3: Designs the Strategic and Operational Plan, using the Integral command framework as a tool for general management control, based on the analysis of this paper.
Finally, conclusions and recommendations needed to implement the strategic and operational plan, made with the research data, are presented. |
