Sumario: Cohabitation is an inherent feature of the human being, from birth to death, because to develop in a society, it is necessary to establish links that bring in daily living. The school environment becomes more important because it occurs in the training context, where learning is managed, both academically and socially, therefore, is very important to teach students how to establish good interpersonal relationships, as well as promote knowledge and practice of the peaceful settlement of conflicts. The school life not only engages students and authorities, covers all those who are related to educational work, taking into account relations that exist between parents, teachers, officials and students, with the aim of establish a harmonious atmosphere between all the actors in the educational community of the institution. From the constructivist theory, according to which learning is an individual and internal process of each individual, students acquire new knowledge from their own experiences and prior knowledge, therefore, have a code of living to guide this process serve to extend the teaching and learning of rules for peaceful coexistence. To achieve this purpose, has made school life code, based on legal standards, an analysis of each group involved in educational work and approach to managing school life in Latin America.
