Sumario: The present thesis it investigates to the Small and Medium Companies (SMEs), of the vehicles sector specifically the Mechanical Workshops that give services in the Maintenance and Repair of the vehicles park of the Metropolitan District of Quito. The aim of the investigation is to demonstrate that with the influence of the Marketing in the administration it is possible to improve in integral form this segment of the market. The current situation of the SMEs is analyzed by a survey focused from the point of view of the Marketing, analyzing the Product, Price, Plaza and Promotion; how variable these of the Marketing it has influenced in the segment of business. There is realized an analysis Foda (Strengths, Opportunities, Weaknesses and Threats) of the current situation and he proposes several strategies. A model of Management proceeds to carry out on the basis of processes declaring the mission, vision, strategic aims, the process map, the Process graphs, and a strategic map is realized from four perspectives: of learning, of internal processes, of the client and financier, which are measurable under the parameters of a picture of integral control, and concludes in an operative annual plan, demonstrating that with the knowledge of the Administrative tools and of Marketing we can create an integral model for the correct functioning of the SME.
