For the Law Firm Alvarado & Asociados is determined to perform the automation of legal procedures, so it is necessary to survey processes: Procedures Judicial labor and criminal, fulfilling each of the activities contemplated by the phases of the methodology processes that were defined in matrices and represented in BPMN (Business Process Model and Notacion) notation of Bizagi platform. Before choosing to study different tools such as K2, AgilePoint, IBM and Bizagi available for use according to the capacity required organizations and other features that the platform provides.
Bizagi was selected by virtue of their characteristics as it allows modeling, management, monitoring, reporting and simulation of business processes according to the characteristics of the processing that is required to assess.
