The concept of citizenship as forms of representation in public, can not respond to a universal concept. The local in its various expressions, relationships, processes generates unknowingly many times represent forms of insurgency from its actors. Through art, in everyday life, in the pursuit of our own, these forms have intersected with cultural performances, where it has been possible to find new meanings and collective identities that unite and strengthen through their proposals. The Cultural Network Amaguaña whose existence as a functioning structure in cultures is not new, nor has always depended on state organizations, lets look at these dialogues sense, compared for example to so-called cultural industries, or against the regulations of the state institutions. |
