This degree project, describes the process that is taking place in the career of Systems Engineering headquarters in Quito, with regard to internships, currently this procedure it is managed manually. Therefore, this project presents a solution to automate.
The main objective of the project has been to design a system that permits to teachers in the career of Systems Engineering, managing the process of internships in an automated way, has been developed for this two modules one of visit and another for final validation which will allow controlling the process through a workflow.
The system developed called ”System of internships and pre-professional practices(SPPP)” is a Web application that has been implemented using tools and platforms of free software, is designed for students, teachers and administrative staff of the race, the same that may interact within the process depending on how to move the flow of work.
Below, shows the development of the system in a sequential manner starting with the requirements analysis, design, construction and testing, ending with the implementation of the same. |
