This research topic responds to an assessment of operational capabilities and management of artisanal micro-enterprises in Chillogallo industry engaged in the production and marketing of children's clothing (0-3) years, which is discussed in the first chapter the theories of management administrative, processes, and management indicators regarding microenterprises. Thereof which are indispensable for the performance of micro efficiently and effectively. In the second chapter a market research is done by executing research tools, applying a census for collecting information to all craft microenterprises both master mechanics and operators alike, the same as with surveys conducted so allow those involved directly obtain the diagnosis of microenterprise sector. Finally in the third chapter a method of assessment is applied, showing a correlation analysis of the most important variables to determine whether they are influential or not, so we can validate the importance of the same functionality and performance of processes that are established and need to refine and implement a strategy for improvement. |
