This study aims to observe the behaviors they have learned women leaders of social organizations in handling cases of domestic or other groups of its environment conflicts. The organizations representing the protagonists of the cases described, are geographically located in the Valley of the Chillos of Quito. To better understand the environment in which these systems are developed, a brief description of the context is done with geographical and historical data that give an idea of its operation and some of its features. |
