This thesis is the development of a design of an Internal Control System applied to the Dismotextil Company S.A. located in the Metropolitan District of Quito.
The objective of the Internal Control System is to assess the internal processes of operation and the level of compliance of each procedure laid down in the company to detect, prevent and correct the possible risks that cause irregularities in transactions and thus take assertive decisions for greater profitability.
To this end, it has required primary information provided by company personnel; such as headquarters, supervisors and operational staff. It has also been required secondary information such as research books of directors and audit chapters have developed internal control.
The thesis contains three chapters:
Framework of Internal Control
A brief study of the definition, objectives, importance, classification, methods of evaluation of internal control and the COSO model report, which will be the basis for the development of internal control system of the company will be held Dismotextil
Assessment Processes Dismotextil
It will reveal the level of trust and risk that the company with the controls
Internal Control System Dismotextil
According to analysis, the proposed system of internal control of the company will be held. |
