In Guayaquil where is a reality that people with visual disabilities face a big problem to gain
productivity personal identity, self-reliance and sense of accomplishment, is evident as a
symptom of social and educational exclusion of this population in activities commonly
performed the general population. Through this thesis is to crystallize the general objective is
to design a proposed television campaign to promote social inclusion and educational the
