Sumario: Workers with disabilities like any other worker have to face psychosocial factors in the workplace. The imbalance between job demands and resources have placed workers in a position of risk and reduces their quality of life at work developing harmful conditions and inadequate working on developing attitudes that trigger ailments and diseases , factors risk will be analyzed ; rotating shifts , night work, work pressure, high responsibility , mental overload, thoroughness of the work , monotonous work , employment instability deficits in the communication, inadequate supervision , inadequate or damaged relationships, demotivation. It has always been said that it is complex assess these risks, as it not only involves factors of the organization, but also has a lot to see the workers' perceptions of these factors prior to entering the workforce personality, personal experiences and the attitudes and behaviors that manage problem situations within the work, in the prevention is taken into consideration as fundamental in all decisions of the organization. Finally, intervention strategies , individual and organizational plans for implementing awareness programs and education through education and training authorities, staff with disabilities and especially workers in general of the Salesian Polytechnic University on issues proposed situations risk , rights and prevention in order to enhance the health and quality of working life. The diagnosis and assessment of psychosocial risk factors will be made through research methods such as observation and implementation of a tool designed to identify psychosocial risk factors that affect job performance of staff with disabilities.
