The present work is a radio project aimed at teaching children values through stories,
songs and games. This project was especially designed to be helpful when working with
preschool and elementary-aged children. It contains five educational radio programs
each containing a story created using the technique of radio theater, where children
listening can clearly identify the value being taught in each activity. After the radio
drama presentation, the same children who participated in the program talk about the
value which was presented. The program includes a musical segment and ends with a
segment of games where the children participate and encourage the listening audience to
participate as well.
The decision to make a radio project for children, is because in the quest to find
programs for children in audio I noticed that is little interest in this small audience as
they are children. The people who work in radio receive financial remuneration of
audience, but working for children is not a logical because the compensation time and
the pay is not money, but this program show the best pay a communicator can receive
the love of children, and the importance with which each child works on this program is
invaluable. |
