With the authorization of the authorities of the company, we implement a
system of Job-Skills in the production plant´s of Grupo KFC Quito, this was realized
since june to november 2015; wich the principal goal to identify Josb-Skills
development opportunities.
According to the professional profile development by the Human Resources
department, it describes each profile competencies to be measured, for this job we
needed to subscribe by the tool LPC hired Psicoweb.
The system will be apply to the eight must important headquarters from our
production plant.
The results will be analyzed by the HH.RR department to work on the
opportunities Jobs-Skills, if we know what fail form our employees, we can improve
many aspects such as employment retain. On the other hand, also led to greater
commitment to the company and its evaluated personal, and trough this project the
organization showed interest in working with the top of professionals and provide
growth to the employees to get more engaged teams, alluding to the first pillar of the
Mission of the Grupo KFC that is "to believe in our people" invest in their personal
and professional development.
The results will submit an individual report for each evaluated person by
identifying development opportunities, concluzsions and recommendations to the
professional growth of our employees. |
