Regardless, the perspective of training these people should have a primary focus, in which they should develop their qualities, without limiting them to anything related to the work environment. Based on this principles this job was created with the sole purpose of strengthen the comprehensive development of the young people with mental disability on the Ecuadorian General Foundation (Fundación General Ecuatoriana) compelling the educational psychology for it, an area that wasn’t attended for many years in this institution based that an qualified instructor wasn’t assigned to meet the requirements needed to fulfill this position, but it was in charge of other college students that were practicing community service, this more than helping the young students of this institution, limited their abilities to fully take advantage of this learning process, due to the unknown applicable methods to their special methods of learning |
