In the following project, a Quality Management System (QMS) was developed for the inspection and maintenance of oil well service tools in the Company HERZOIL CIA. LTDA.
HERZOIL currently does not provide a service that guarantees and monitors the quality of its work methods, that is, its inspection procedures for exploitation, extraction and crude oil production tools.
Through a field study to the requirements of the Company who has requested the development of a QMS, focusing on the area that generates revenue is the operational technical department.
A diagnosis of the current state of the company was made, surveys were applied to managers, employees and customers.
The organization decided to implement the ISO 9001: 2015 Standard: Structure that is managed according to the Deming methodology.
The organization will have an organizational structure according to the Qualigrame pyramid.
The SGC was designed and developed, which will allow a continuous improvement of the processes to obtain services and products according to the needs of the market, thus providing greater guarantee to customers, offering a competitive advantage, an increase in contracts and a future certification. |
