Sumario: This thesis is focused primarily on the design of a strategic marketing plan to position in the local market of the company "La Casa del pane", for which there has been a situational market analysis, the macro and microeconomic analysis also a thorough study was conducted to locate the company in the automotive sector, taking into account all its aspects; was relentless search for all elements are reflected in this type of auto parts companies, most of these businesses are managed artisanal and empirically not have accounting and statistical data.
