This research is based on the approach of an administrative and strategic model, through the analysis and improvement of the processes established within the “Banco de Alimentos Quito” foundation, in order to provide a better social service and contribute in this way to the eradication of malnutrition in the city.
This is the reason for the field research in which it determine the needs, requirements and expectations of the major stakeholders of the foundation, having a clear view of their current situation and facilitating the establishment of a proposal that involves changes and relevant improvements in the processes that develop both administrative and operational levels at the same time in order to improve the lifestyle of the beneficiaries of the foundation.
As tool for the visualization of these changes and improvements the layout has been used in flowcharts of the processes of the foundation and with the use of arrays of value-added, unnecessary activities will have been able to determine for more efficient processes. |
