This Project has been developed with the objective of creating a Cooperative for savings and credits; it is destined for retailer business. For this reason we will make a viability study for determining if the business can survive or not.
The principal purpose of this project in addition to create the cooperative; is to contribute for social and economic develop of the partners or our enterprise and also on a broad scale improve the economy of our country.
For making this work we have divided the project in five chapters; they are explained below:
First we present the historical information about the target market, besides we specify the laws, rules and government entities that control it.
After that we make the development of Market study in which determine the supply and offer of the market and percentage that our project will work. Moreover we will make the Marketing mix that guides us for positioning in the market.
To continue we will determine all requirements physical, financial and the human talent that are necessaries for making work the project. In the same way in this chapter we choose the best option for placed the business.
Afterwards we will define the enterprise name, its owners, and the objectives and goals, which the business is going to guide. And also we will establish the roles and responsibilities of organization employees.
Finally we will determine all financial values so thus the project is going to develop in the present an also in its future years. |
