This project encompassed the design and construction of a single die of inlay to implement S.A.V of the Salesian Polytechnic University laboratory. For the design of circular and rectangular plates is used the maximum deflection equation, while columns and bocines were chosen from catalogs of Hasco, for the
calculation of the punch, the analysis was conducted by buckling of columns and head of this was also analyzed by the maximum deflection equation of a circular plate. An important part of the study is the initial disc inlay, the development was obtained through tables and mathematical analysis based on the double integral. The Inventor professional 2014 software was used for the design and verification of the parts. |
