Sumario: The aim of this work was the design and implementation of a protocol to improve the production and conservation of Beauveria bassiana and Trichoderma harzianum at AACRI (“Río Intag” grower´s Agroartesanal association), as a contribution to coffee producers in Intag. To initiate the work, was a diagnosis of laboratory in which the lack of materials, equipment and documented procedures that enable the development and production of a quality formulation for each fungus was evident. In addition, the virulence of fungus was value by drills bioassays and antagonism tests with Fusarium oxysporum, to Beauveria bassiana and Trichoderma harzianum, respectively. Activated strains were subject to different treatments. Resulting in the best substrate for Beauveria bassiana, T0 (Rice 100%) 1,43x108 averaging cfu / g, for Trichoderma harzianum, T3 (80% rice 20% bagasse) with 2,41x108 cfu / g. Besides were conserve by two methods, preservation in mineral oil and silica gel. Preservation method chosen for fungi was silica gel, it keeps a similar values of concentration (cfu / g), than obtained in the production stage. The adequacy of areas, implementation of equipment, staff training, writing the protocol based on the results of all tests and socializing with AACRI members, allowed its implementation, improving the fungi production process and incorporating a basic formulation to increase the hanger product life. All of this enhanced product quality, condition and laboratory management.
