Sumario: The procedural morality principle is one of the essential elements in the modern civil proceeding. Eduardo J. Couture’s thinking has been of great relevance in the doctrinaire develop-ment of good faith and procedural loyalty and also, in the way that it has been enshrined in the modern proce-dure codes.
