Traditionally, the state has managed, in a direct way, general interest services such aspublic education, public health and social security, so the participation of private sector in these areas, with everything that entails, has been practically null.However, in this article, is shown from the analysis of the case of social security in 76health, which the participation of private sector in the management of these activities is not only possible and desirable, but is also convenient, should therefore in the case of social security, its special features benefits the development of investment projects of this kind.this analysis could be replicated in other areas of social concern and its importance lies in guiding the development of the discussion to the so-called “social investments” that area largely unexplored issue in our country. |
