The author addresses the teaching methodology of Administrative Law from the predominant role that the doctrine have, as a source of law, in society. Also, he consider that the Administrative Law will systematized around three aspects that are born from a legal relationship, these are: the administration, the administrative action and managed. In that sense, becomes relevant the role from teachers and lawyers in the doctrine to teach, through a legal method, the Administrative Law as a discipline that can relate to others, but not confused with them, in conclusion: an autonomous discipline. |
