Sumario: Among the various means available to the parties, is the expertise. Which can be defined as the activity undertaken by third parties outside the process, applying expertise as a scientific, artistic, technical or practical in the study and evaluation of a test object. This can be seen from two aspects: first, the activity displayed by the expert or expert on certain facts of interest to the process, the second assessment that lead to knowledge through a judicial knowledge. At trial the evidence is in oral form. The expertise to be assessed has to be discussed at the hearing.
