Sumario: This paper attempts to provide an overview on measures to promote the mexican federal government, on the enterprise. For documentary research which was conducted in order to prepare a study on entrepreneurship development programs, then it presents a description of the current situation and try to determine the impact through the development of indicators GEM Mexico. Among the most important findings it can be noted that despite the best efforts to encourage entrepreneurship in recent years, this has not had a major effect showing a low growth of TEA (rate of entrepreneurship), compared with countries Latin Americans.
