The knowledge, its generation, treatment, transfer and conservation have become strategic and mark the competitive advantage of organizations. Is spoken then of a new economy supported on information and knowledge, which has been facilitated by the development of information and communications technology and easy access to them, that benefit and accelerate obtainment data, information and knowledge. All organization are generating knowledge and especially research institutes and institutions of higher education, these last in each of his missionary activities generates knowledge that needs to be managed. This study is based on a methodology management articulated knowledge with quality management and production of documentary material support teaching so as to contribute to the diffusion of knowledge, optimize mission processes and the institutional community benefit. The study by purpose or finality is the rate applied and according to their scope is an exploratory research using the inductive method, based on the observation of particular phenomena of the Universidad Cooperativa de Colombia, to generate universal conclusions and developed under a positivist approach which it allows an analysis of the causes using mixed methodology. |
