Sumario: The historical condition of human rights has generated as a result their ideologyand their analysis by the social and legal philosophy throughout the twentiethcentury, and now in the XXI. Despite the above there are other methodologicalfoundations and alternatives to such rights. To the extent that it is understood thatits origin, the allocation of belonging, and the formality of the declarative texts,are necessary to overcome paradoxes; is important epistemic horizon which is thetheory of the social system, which builds a partial differential contribution of thehuman rights system.
