In this work the systematization of the experience was carried out following all the steps granted by the Universidad Poltécnica Salesiana.
The work is divided into two fundamental parts: the first part is where the systematization plan is mentioned and as a second part the experience obtained within the project.
The idea of the project arises with the need to make a proposal so that there is an organizational development according to the needs of both the collaborator and the organization, also based on these competencies have been reviewed which are necessary in each position, for this is prepared clear and precise information about organizational competencies and within them, which competencies are specific to position, thus having better information, and sharing with the entire organization through workshops of all the aforementioned competencies on which we want to focus. Based on the aforementioned, the objective of the project was to make a plan that shows what and how and then I detail it: what, put together a plan where we can include within the objectives of each person the development of competencies, and the how, likewise build a plan where you can cascade the information both with the managers as well as the collaborators in general so that they have knowledge of these competences and include them in their plan of objectives, to achieve the productivity of the company. |
