Over the past 10 years, the hotel business model All Inclusive has been positioned as the main influence for the global tourism expansion, however, in the document review it has been observed that this model is not based on a defined organizational structure, so which it is common manifest deficiencies in the quality of services provided. At this stage, it is proposed to provide new theoretical elements to the conceptual model Value Chain, as a management tool, by building a theoretical framework based on documents from different authors, recognizing new variables (links) which can complement the theory, and investigating its relationship and impact on some of the main destinations in America, in order to get a benchmark of interest for future research.
