Sumario: This report shows the results that obtained from the macro-project of research “Creencias de los estudiantes del sector oficial de Bogotá” and the research line “Investigación de Educación, lenguaje y comunicación” taking into account the interactions of the different agents in the educative environment. Through a mixed-sequence design, we obtained the first data with the survey applied to 1528 students in 33 schools and the focus group interview with 30 students of 3 schools from Kennedy, this allows to contrast and to validate the quantitative results. For the data analysis, we carried out the statistical analysis, then the analysis of the content about the interviews, we mixed through the triangulation strategy. The environmental beliefs were characterized related to the actions, responsibilities and commitment to the environment, showing actions done to protect the surroundings, and students’ participation and motivations about the topic. Students’ beliefs related to the actions for the environment is done through the actions to protect the environment and the actions which are not in favor of it, also for the protection of biotics and abiotics and the problems which affect the same ones.
