Sumario: This research emerges from the Art Education Macro-Project proposed by Universidad de La Salle on its research line: Education, Language and Communication. Drawing training is a regulatory domain established by the National Ministry of Education in Colombia. On this research it was addressed, on first place, the academic knowledge of teachers, which are the ones who guide the drawing field. Likewise, it was described how the drawing teaching process is determining the formative implications for students of six schools of the Lasallian District in Bogotá. The methodology employed in this research was based on the qualitative approach using the descriptive - explanatory level. Also, there were instruments and techniques designed and applied in order to collect all the information. With regard to the obtained data treatment, it was used the Distill method and triangulation. In this way, it was possible to analyze drawing teaching from the experiences of the objects of study. Key words: Art, Drawing, Education, Implications, Training.
