This research was aimed at describing the modeling teaching practices in five District Education Institutions Bogota because there is imaginary class modeling contributes little to the development of students, which requires no effort or pedagogical intention to develop. It took as a reference the approaches of the MEN and some authors like Efland (2004), Huertas (2007), Hervas (2007), Fussoni, (1904), Fernández and Extremera (2015), was used as a research method descriptive study - explanatory, and a semi-structured interview was applied to five teachers. Analysis and triangulation of the results showed that teaching modeling provides the emotional development of high school students.
