Sumario: The industry of graphic communications is one of the most consumed worldwide, that’s why through this document, could find the development of the researching about the graphics communications cluster establishment, by countries members of the Pacific Alliance, with the common goal of land into the east Asian markets. The countries who showed up the best opportunities are Colombia and Chile, because of their similarities into the production, furthermore the infrastructure, and the flexibility by both sides to establish and international cluster, emphasizing in the sub-sector of edition and printing. In this way, the cluster is set up under a meticulous qualitative criteria and quantitative criteria data, that with the meaning goal to have better quality on the researching
